What can I do if I'm having trouble sleeping due to anxiety?

I don't know why, usually I sleep perfectly in my own room and bed usually with the light on in the hallway but I close my room door. This week, I have gotten many sleep anxiety and I can sleep only on the couch, not in my bed. Is something wrong with me or is there a suggestion for me to fix this, it's getting irritating at this point.

    I also went through a period of my life where it was hard to sleep in my own room. It passed eventually though and I sleep in my room just fine now. One thing that helped me was sleeping with my head at the opposite end of the bed than I usually did.

    I pray before going to sleep.  Having your mind of heavenly thoughts will help.  There are other tips and I will offer you a link.  I hope that helped.  Sweet dreams.
