What are the three elements needed to re-create the star absorption spectrum?

Is this a part of a larger question? It always helps when you provide all of the information you have available to you.
Do you have an image of the spectrum of a star and then of elements that might be found in the star? If so, you need to compare the lines the the star's spectrum to the lines of the various individual elements' spectra and find three that match up.
Otherwise, the three most abundant elements in stars are hydrogen, helium and lithium.
