I think the answer is 1.27 V

b. How many faradays are needed to deposit 10.5 g of copper onto the surface of an electrode from a solution of Cu2+? (Molar mass of copper = 63.55 g/mol) (3 points)

I have no idea.

c. How long, in seconds, would it take to deposit 10.5 g of copper onto an electrode from a solution of Cu2+ if a current of 2.00 A was applied? (3 points)

a. This answer is correct. The overall balanced reaction will be:

2 Ce4+(aq) + Cu(s) --> 2 Ce3+(aq) + Cu2+(aq) Eo = 1.27 V

b. Moles electrons required = 10.5 g / 63.546 g/mol X 2 mol e-/ 1 mol Cu2+ = 0.330 mol electrons = 0.330 Faradays

c. 0.330 faraday X 96485 C/faraday = 3.19X10^4 C

3.19X10^4 C = 2.00 A ( t )

t = 1.59X10^4 seconds
