Are UK police racist ?

“Devon and Cornwall Police has been referred to a watchdog after a video emerged of a man telling officers "I can't breathe" as he was being arrested”

    Nothing suggests racism. They didn't confront him because of his color, they confronted him because had a warrant for his arrest. 

    You can expect a substantial increase in people that say "I can't breathe" simply because of the attention it gets.

    If he had been compliant instead of being physically aggressive during his justified arrest there would have been no need for exceptional physical restraint. He didn't die on the occasion videod so obviously he could breathe sufficiently.

    It is true that black people are more likely than white people to die in police custody in the UK but is that because black people are more likely to be physically aggressive towards police?

    The lives of Jericho Partisans are already written - Eventually they are subdued by the subtle one with a beautiful view of the world on the outside.
