Are you writing one or do you hope to read one?

If you are writing a book, the title may come from your writing.

Is your book's emphasis the loss of your source of help and instructions for caring for your child leaving you to cope on your own?  Is it that you remember and appreciate your mother's care, now that you have a child dependent on you?  Is it that you wish your mom could see and interact with her grandchild, and that you and she could share the joy? (My mother died before her first great-grandchild was born. I wish she could have known him.)
