is 5 pairs of trainers enough to have for a male in his forties?

i only have 5 pairs of trainers, i can't afford anymore at this time either, so i just wondered whether 5 pairs of trainers is enough?

I think it's strange for a grown man to ask this question. I have 3 pairs of shoes- one pair for winter, one pair of sandals for summer, and one pair of trainers for working out. Now- there are different kinds of trainers used for running, versus indoor sports like basketball, etc. If you do several different kinds of activities, you might need different kinds of trainers. Otherwise, you're just talking about a fashion statement.
