l got a email today from sky saying they going to close down my mail box today and l need to upgrade now to a new version is this right?

    Scam messages that request you to "upgrade" your email account must be ignored and deleted immediately. Never click on the attachment in the message of you'll risk unleashing malware on your computer or mobile device. Remember no ISP or email provider would never send you unsolicited emails asking for your personal information.

    Does it contain a handy connection to take you right the page needed to access your account ???  That's where the scammers will steal your info !!!   DON'T USE IT !!  Get completely out of that e-mail THEN access your account and update it.  IF NO UPDATE is needed, then you KNOW it was a scam ....................

    99.99% sure it is a scam. If you look closely at the email header, it is from a strange address.

    No, they are trying to obtain your personal information and using fear to motivate you to do so. Delete the message.
