If you get convicted of drink driving in the first year of getting your license will it be revoked? Uk ?

    In the UK, we have licences, not licenses.  We are not American.

    The law is clear.  If you reach 6 penalty points in the first two years after passing the driving test, you will be disqualified from driving for a period decided by the court.  Being in charge of a vehicle while drunk scores 10 points so there will be a driving ban as you've hit 6 straight away.

    And yes, a ban within 2 years of passing the test does carry with it the requirement to sit the test again to get your licence back when the ban has ended.

    Yes, the same answer as all the other times you've asked this.  The law hasn't changed in the past 30 minutes.

    Interesting that it's DRINK driving in the UK.  Between not understanding English and poor dental care, it's an interesting Country.
