Should people living in NYC, L.A., and San Diego have a tax cut or tax refund on their property taxes since schools aren’t opening full time?

No refund required as long as they keep up online education until the pandemic passes. It's really the UTLA's refusal to teach until the campus are defunded that should necessitate either returning the $ to the people or handing out vouchers for private schools.

No.  The teachers, workers, and overhead expenses of the school district will continue.

Wrong.  They are opening, full time.  There will be online school M-F.  They are only delaying in-person school until it can be done safely.  Get your facts straight.

Taxes are still high in California because of Medi Cal coverage for women, children, and immigrants. Water systems still need maintenance, and fire protection is still outdated and in need of upgrades. Now they will have more money for those purposes.
