what type of name are you likely to name your baby?

do you like more unique names (ex. Karma) or more common but pretty names (like Emma) or something in the middle?

I like names that aren’t top 100 but are still heard of and aren’t considered ‘weird’. I pick names based on their meanings

I have kids.  I won't be naming anymore.  IF I were naming a child it would be more traditional.  I dislike the trendy, uncommon crap.  Karma is in no way unique.

I like names which are traditional/vintage but fairly uncommon, plus some quirkier names. Like Octavia, Athena, Daphne, Alasdair, Thaddeus, Soren.

Middle-ish, I really love Scandinavian names (most of my family is Norwegian and Swedish), so in the US they are "unique" but might be common in Scandi families.

Names in my family are usually picked from the family tree...if i want my kids to have unique names...someone with a unique name has to marry into my family
