As several answers have stated, this refers to Ontario, California since when looking at this type of information it is in the format of City, State (or Province).  If it was in the Province of Ontario it would say City, ON.  What you put suggests that it was shipped from Ontario, California at 11:18PM on the day you looked up the information.

CA stands for Canada but i never use it.

In the USA where FedEx is based they'd mean California.

FedEx will first name the city, not province/state.

In this case, it's Ontario, California.

Ontario California has a very busy airport (Ontario International Airport) for cargo shipping.  You would expect because LAX is mostly flights for people.

Now when your FedEx tracking is telling you where your package is, they tell you the city.  That city is Ontario.  If it was in Canada, they'd say Toronto, ON or Hamilton, ON, etc.

Ca is Canada, but, some in California use it as well.  FedEx is an American company though, although it does work in Canada a bit, but, it is not super popular here.
