That car has a CVT and if the seller can't Prove that he has serviced it every 60K miles don't buy it. They have a very high failure rate when not serviced on schedule.

When you do keep them serviced you can get well over 200K miles on them. Also on a chain driven timing set, the guides and tensioners fail well before the chain needs replacement. Ask what service has been done to it. And of coure test drive it before you settle on a price.

No problem and if you don't like the price, someone else will buy it.  There is many fish in the sea.

The price is ok'ish but DON"T BELIEVE ANYTHING THE SELLER SAYS. The law of the land is "buyer beware". If you are serious about buying it, arrange to take it to a Honda repair shop and have a thorough pre-buy inspection and test drive done on it. This will cost some money, but it will save you making a mistake because that's a lot of miles if itv wasn't maintained properly or was driven hard. If the buyer won't allow you to take it to be inspected, walk away. If they will allow the inspection, then anything found wrong is grounds for negotiation on price. Ignore this advice and you might as well go place a $4500 bet on a horse race.
