Do what Giuliani did in NYC. Stop and frisk worked wonders. The city saw a dramatic fall in violent crime.

Drop a couple of tons of Sarin on the south side.

There are ways, but no one would go for it. My solutions to the problem would violate the constitution and laws of the nation and state as well as international human rights law.

    Simple,

Enforce all the laws,  aggressively and equitably....especially those dealing with violence and theft.  Have quick and sure justice for all people, applied without prejudice.

Nope.  Most of the gratuitous violence occurs among young black men who have little self-respect, no serious desire to improve themselves, and they fight over gangs and drugs.

Yes, but it would be hard to pass off dropping a nuclear bomb as an accident.

Yes.  Arrest the criminals through any means necessary.  Put them in jail....DO NOT let them out without significant bail and if they are found guilty at trial, put them back in jail, corona plague or no plague.  Keep the uncivilized off the civilized streets.  People by instinct till live down to your lowest expectation of them.  If you allow them to toss a stone, they will soon pound you to death with a brick.  If you arrest them for breaking a window they don't have time to steal the TV, run home, come back out and beat you with a brick.

    Nuke it.

Hate to say it... but if you've got dozens to hundreds of ppl dying at celebrations and funerals, it needs to be condemned.

Give those who want to live, 1 day to vacate.
