Can pregnancy cause cancer and does the baby also then get cancer?

Update:

LAN: Who would terminate a pregnancy, that would be murder.  I know some people believe differently but it is murder as science has proven that.  

  

Thanks for the answer though but just thought I’d point that part out, have a good one.

    Cancer cannot be passed on. It is not a virus. Pregnancy has many complications but no, it does not cause cancer.

    It's unlikely but there are some cancers where this is a small possibility.   But being pregnant with cancer eliminates some treatment options unless the pregnancy is terminated.

    No, cancer is NOT contagious...
