My landlord demanded I pay him or have sex with him. Can I call the cops on him?

I don't know the cost of your monthly rent, but how many times a month will your landlord request an act from you in exchange for rent forgiveness? That's the key point. If your rent is $1,000 a month and he only requests the act once a month, then you are sitting on a gold mine. If he requests an act four times a month, that's $250 a week and you are still doing well as it's only an hour in exchange for a week's rent.

If you are morally opposed to this form of barter economy then you have to use your own judgement.

Since money is an issue, and landlord wants sex maybe you should call the cops or move back with parents.

If you have solid proof file a report at your local police station .

Same as the other times you've asked this.  Take your proof to the Police.

Offering to accept sex in lieu of payment is soliciting prostitution.

Just pay him and get it over with.

You can call the cops on anybody but it doesn't mean they'll do anything. Plus, asking for sex is not illegal.
