Shawshank Redemption B+ (it's a pretty good, entertaining movie but I've never understood all the manic adulation it always gets. A little bit over-rated maybe?)
2. The Notebook B (ok, but too sickly schmaltzy for my taste)
3. Scream the whole series 1-4 (No grade, because I've never seen them and they don't interest me)
4. O Brother Where Art Thou (A- Looks great, but needs to be seen again to follow it properly)
5. Ms. Doubtfire (B Mildly funny in parts, but also sickly sentimental in parts too. Terrible Scots accent from Williams spoils it for me. Also, I'm not a fan of Sally Field)
6. The Birds (A This is a creepy classic, but not Hitchcock's best)

3: A for effort B for execution
4: A+
5: B+ my kids loved it
6: A even if it had NOTHING to do with the source material. I would still like to see Daphne DuMarier's original short story The Birds made into a movie.
