Does checking credit karma lower your score?

I've heard mixed things.

    No it does not.

If YOU check your credit YOURSELF, it does not lower your score.

If you apply for something and that causes someone else to check your credit, it lowers your score.

Not at all. Check it 3 times a day for years. Its called a soft pull. Does not affect your credit and nobody can see that you checked it.
