Big head ETs. What is your opinion?

In my opinion ETs with a big head like the one of the picture (indeed an artistic picture) couldn't live on Earth because would be unable to keep equilibrium due of the high weight of the head.

This is a good tip to know if a photo of an ET is true or false.

If it's a photo that some Gomer shot, it's a fraud.

I think it's a silly question as we don't know the physical make up of an ET.  Maybe their muscles are stronger.
