It depends on what you mean:
Did your wish to visit Canada come to realization? [a wish]
Did you manage to get to Canada after all?[money or time restrain]
Did you get to go to Canada? [just a question]

"Did you make it to Canada?"
That would be the casual, colloquial, way to ask.
"Did you manage to travel to Canada?" is also perfectly natural.
