    Antihistamines, millions take them every day including me.

    dunno, I got relief 90days AFTER I quit milk ! no kidding...read notmilk dot com especially allergies......

    antihistamines. there are many OTC medicines for hay fever. Flonase, Zyrtec, Benadryl to name a few.
