Ps4 pro is significantly more powerful. (1.84tfps on ps4 vs 4.2 on ps4 pro).. Games almost always run at higher resolutions, increase in graphics settings, and sometimes get big performance improvements.. Also the pro supports 4k output while the ps4 doesnt, the slim is just a standard ps4 that's smaller with minor changes.. The pro was the upgraded version of the ps4... I wanted to also say that the other answer saying that games still render at 1080p is mostly false...(Hes  spreading false information) Majority of games render above that somewhere between 1080 and 4k, , and then upscale or reconstruct to 4k. since 4k on most games is still too demanding for the console..

PS4 Slim has the specs of the original PS4 in a smaller case.

The PS4 Pro has a slightly larger case, more powerful GPU to allow for 4K output to a compatible TV for streaming, etc. but gaming will still be rendered at 1080p and upscaled for the display.
