My cat keeps going in and out of the litter ?

The litter box is very clean and there’s one downstairs too she keeps going in nd out of both but won’t use them

I would take her to a vet especially if she hasn't gone since you asked this question. Its possible that she is having a hard time going or is completely blocked up. If she is blocked its an emergency.

Change the cat littler ,she dont like it.Thats what my vet told me.
