Do you think Derek Chauvin might actually get off? Or at worst manslaughter?

He was shouting "can't breathe" while safe & upright in the car several times before even Chauvin appeared on the scene. Because he was overdosing on drugs.

If you watch the video, It was Floyd who ASKED Derek Chauvin to put him on the ground while Chauvin was dragging him out of the car.

These two important facts were left out in the edited videos 2 months earlier.

The knee on the neck is not at all uncommon. This is part of the police procedure. This procedure is followed all the time when the criminal is on the ground.

Given enough time for people to concentrate on something else. Maybe even less than that. Its all or nothing with the police. They go deeper than blood.

The left wing media is lying about the cop. See Tim Pool’s podcast on YouTube about this yesterday.

If they're able to find an untainted jury it'll all come down to what the MPD academy training is on the use of the particular restraint hold he used on Floyd.

    I honestly hope so.

If Chauvin isn't fully exonerated it's proof that our justice system is prejudiced against white people and law enforcement officers. Floyd was "claustrophobic" in a police cruiser (not his first time) but not in his own car? What was that?

He's and his ex wife are in big trouble with the IRS over Taxes. The goddamn Irony kill someone on in real time possibly Manslaughter parole in a few years. But don't fuc Uncle Sam out of money!

Derek Chauvin deserves to be convicted of criminally negligent homicide. It was his responsibility to ensure the well being of the person in custody, and he failed to do that, despite the other officers on the scene as well as concerned citizens pointing out that George Floyd was in distress.

Yeah, it's an accepted police procedure and a pretty dangerous one at that. Not sure how something being seen as acceptable by a police force somehow makes it acceptable in real terms, but apparently you do.

Im not sure "the victim asked me to choke him" has EVER worked as a homicide defense. It doesnt matter if floyd was on drugs, if he asked to be put down, or if the knee to the neck is SOP, because the first rule is dont kill your suspect, and theres absolutely no room for interpretation on that.

Chauvin committed murder on video for all to see with  his victim pleading that he could not breathe and saying he is about to die and with spectators filming and with spectators saying you are killing him...he can't breathe...he is not breathing.  This is just about as bad it gets...….  He cannot even come close to using that BS police excuse used in the past of  " I was scared for my life". Chauvin needs to fry.....
