How many countries ALLOW a token candidate(Russia) to run for President.

Children usually don't get COVID, and usually survive when they do get it.  It's much more dangerous for adults.

You seem to be confused.  There's a pandemic going on.  And mail-in ballots have always been used with no problem before.  Trump himself mails in his votes.
