Why can't Ellen DeGeneres simply resign so we can move on to more important things?

And it seems like she is the only one who came out and can do a show for the gays.

They gotta have something to watch.

edit: Ellen _is_ being hounded and demanded canceled. What did she do exactly? She personally doesn't seem to have done anything criminal or especially "wrong"--  just been "cold" and mean" (the "atmosphere" is toxic" whatever that means) while men around her sexually assaulted women (which happens everywhere). Why is that her fault?

Because Liberals never have to face any consequences for their actions. If a Conservative celebrity did as she did, Ellen would be demanding their resignation and hounding. It's just another example of a lack of integrity from Liberals who can do as they please and always get "forgiven" by their compatriots. Liberals know that there are literal rapists working on their TV shows and yet they say nothing, and Liberals insist that they are our moral superiors.
