Young modulus = stress/strain and is the gradient of the first part of the graph.
Nm⁻² (newtons/square metre) is the same as Pa (pascal). So the stress-axis on the graph is in units of MPa.
Gradient = 340MPa/0.02 = 17000MPa =17GPa (option 1)
