Which is why Trump is making a last ditch attempt to abolish it by appealing to the Supreme Court to do what he has been unable to do, even with a majority in both houses when he came to office.
The Court have postponed a decision until after the election.Hardly a surprise as Trump has spent his whole term trying to obliterate every other thing Obama did.

Credit card reform backfired, allowed debt to grow at a slow but steady rate burying those who had issues before.
Every candidate that ran on the left, ran on removing or fixing the ACA, that they all agreed, didn't work.
That is all that is left of Obama, all he actually did besides divide the country.
Very presidential man who spoke elegantly and said the right things, but accomplished basically nothing but setting back race relations decades and decimated the middle class.

That, the the long steady recovery from the financial crisis ushered in by the malfeasance of the financial and real estate industries, DACA which will become law in some form or another, not to mention compassion, decency, oratory, leadership, competence, and veractiy, so utterly devoid in the current administration.

Yes. He did good for many Americans. Trump claimed 2 weeks ago his plan would be enacted. No Trump care. How come I am not shocked?

His only real legacy is being black. I remember when libtards were saying, "This is the end of history". You people are beyond deranged, you're lunatics. Any way to keep you off the voter rolls is good.

Obamacare was designed to fail. The useless lemmings who praised how great it was are the same ones begging for universal health care now.
