I keep getting fat!?!?

I am now 268pounds i'm really starting to worry about my health!! I never ate alot of junk foods i just randomly started gaining alot of weight. I now only eat healthy foods in small portions throughout the day,but i'm still gaining weight!! I also exercise daily!! What am i doing wrong!??

    We have no idea what "healthy foods" means to you or what "small portions" mean. Apparently you are still consuming more calories than your body uses.

    You are taking in more calories then you burn off!
