    There are numerous.

Is it a fixed position "idler" pulley?

Or a movable position "belt tensioner" pulley?

    Or an alternator pulley?

Or a power steering pump pulley?

    Or a water pump pulley?

Or an air conditioner compressor clutch pulley?

Last but not least it could be a harmonic balancer pulley, or the harmonic balancer itself, as some don't have a removable pulley.  The harmonic balancer is on the front end of the crankshaft.

Technically it is referred to as a Sheave. But not many people know that word anymore.

It's on ALL of the pulleys for each accessory as well as the tensioner and idler pulleys. Did you mean the crankshaft pulley? That's the largest one that drives the belt. Try to be more specific. FAIL.

There are tension pulleys and idler pulleys so since you don't even know what year make and model of vehicle you own or the motor size it would be best for you to go to a mechanic.

The belt goes around numerous pulleys. Each pulley drives a different thing, eg power steering pump, alternator, air con... The main pulley that turns the belt is the crankshaft pulley.
