Find healthy ways to relax, e.g. go for a walk, get a pet, listen to relaxing music, have hobbies, watch a movie or show that you like, take a shower or bath, take a nap or go to bed early, read, play games, chat with friends and or family.
Check the news no more than twice a day.
Be more accepting of things that you can't change.
Take a break from your smartphone.
Take a break from social media.
Live your own life meaning do what's right for you and don't compare yourself to others.
Except for when you're at work, don't worry that much about what other's think. It's okay to do your own thing as long as you're not breaking any laws or hurting other people.
Avoid sugary foods.
Pay attention to how much caffeine you're consuming.
