Where do I stop tile in a doorway if the door hasn't been installed yet?

Update:

There are no doors installed only rough opening.

Update 2:

The tile will be ending into wood and I'll be putting a reducer transition piece. I just don't have the doors to install but I already for flooring.

I would make the joint under the closed door. So neither room can see what is in the next room as the door is 1 1/2" thick.

The middle of the wall if there is no doorframe , you dont say what you are doing the other side there is a door strip for tiles and carpet or just tiles or tile straight through so the door can be fitted after but the frame should be in first and its the middle of that

Just before the tiles would be under the door, install a translation plate
