Health problem scare, help please?

For around 5 months I’ve had issues with my digestive system, I’ve had a (Stool test, rectal examination, blood tests) they’ve felt for masses, everything was fine, should i accept that as nothings internally wrong and probably IBS or something? The doctor did say that if i wanted to i could ask for a non urgent refferal for them to check the insides of my bowels to find out whats causing my discomfort
