Do you know the authentic recipe of Texan chili?

Can you explain the various stages in detail.

    There is no such thing as an Authentic Texas Chili,, since chili originally was 'Whatever is left over stew'. Beans were dried-so they had a Long 'shelf life' as it were. And could be mixed with most anything. 

    Incidentally, this is also how Chop Suey came into being. It is Not a Chinese dish, rather it was invented in San Francisco during the gold rush, and is basically a 'whatever is left over' dish.
