in. You don't need "tenth floor" in the sentence. The corridor is on the tenth floor, and the lady is "in" the corridor. A long hallway in a building is a corridor.
She was making a phone call in the corridor when she heard a scream.

I agree with Anon, use from. But with those options, I would say on.

I'd probably use 'from' or even 'coming from'.
