How to change windows hotkey / shortcut?
When I press Ctrl+D on my windows 10 home edition I receive the following error:
window: Duet coach
Need second screen connected for extra display.
See photo. Its annoying and I cannot seem to find where to change it.

That is not a standard Windows 10 error (or shortcut). Since the message mentions needing a second screen I suspect that the message is coming from your video card software. That software is different for every video card on the market.
You can try right clicking on the Desktop and looking under "display settings" or "personalize" in the menu. One of those should have a link to the options for your video card. There may be a place in there were you can change or disable that short cut key.
But it is not a standard Windows features so without more information about what video card you have it is impossible to give a step by step for doing this. Every card is different.
