If the Earth stopped spinning, then would gravity become stronger?

Since there would be no centrifugal force to counteract it?

    Yeahhhh, everywhere (not in the same manner)  but at poles (provided gravity is meant what gives you your weight)

    The answer has been given elsewhere.  But I want to point out the problem with imagining that there is a centrifugal force.  There isn't.  If there was no gravity you would move in a straight line with constant speed (Newton) you would not move around with the earth.  So some force is used to keep you moving in that circle.  The REMAINING force is applied by your feet to keep you from falling ( normal reaction force).

    The normal reaction would go up slightly at the equator.  What is interesting is at higher latitudes.  At the moment the force required to keep you in a circle is not lined up with the force of gravity.  So that things fall slightly off a true vertical.  Or another way of viewing it is that if you used a plumb bob to find vertical and then extended that line it would NOT pass through the centre of the earth.  Rotating frames of reference have many interesting properties.

    No, gravity would remain the same but weights would increase.

    Gravity would remain basically the same.

    HOWEVER, it 'might' also adjust a little as the earth is currently an oblate spheroid due to rotation, and it would resume a nearly perfect circle. That would make gravity tweak a little as the equators would reduce in radius. A reduced radius would increase gravity!!!  So my best guess: if the earth stopped rotating, you would weigh the same, but die from the heat and earthquakes!!!

    slightly, by about 0.3% near the equator, tapering off to zero at the poles. 

    but gravity is not becoming stronger, your apparent weight goes up by that slight amount.
