My kick is slow?

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I work my legs out  and my soccer shot is still slow. Suggestions?

    You should know what legs is best for you 

    With what leg you are best for kick the ball

    "Slow"?  Meaning no power or that you can't get your shot off quickly?

    If it has little power, that is often your form and how you are approaching your shots.  Your plant foot being too far forward or too far back means your foot isn't contacting with the ball for maximum force.  If you don't have a coach to help you (or even if you do), look for youtube or other videos to help.  It's not something easily explained or understood with words alone.
