What makes you think it is an addiction? Did you read it somewhere?

Many people have a very high libido level and masturbate every day or sometimes twice or three times in one day. It is not abnormal and does not indicate addiction just high interest. We do it because it releases endorphins into the blood stream, It feels good. The term sexual addiction is a BS term thought up by control freaks to make you feel guilty. there are two kinds of control freaks Politicians and Clergy. Don't tell them that you do it. Don't advertise personal issues. If it really bothers you seek help from a Psychiatrist. If it ain't that bad enjoy it.

 It is a little difficult but not impossible, think of making other things in their free time and masturbate when really needs it, the masturbation when becomes habit it is difficult to control, but with effort you can achieve.
