My gf had a 3 year arm birth control implant put in and the doctor who did it put it too deep. Now we have to have surgery and they want us ?

Wondering if we’re able to make them pay to have it removed because they’re the ones who put it in wrong. It’s been hurting her and she hasn’t been able to lift heavy things with that arm. Thinking that they have to be liable in some way. It’s effected her sleep and her work life.

Affected, not effected, and you CAN sue if the Doctor did something he should not have done (implanted too deeply) or didn't do something he should have done (which would be the depth of the implant).

I would speak to a malpractice attorney.  These cases are VERY expensive to pursue, because so few Physicians will testify against another Physician.

"Now we have to have surgery."  Do you plan on going into the operating room with her or what?

Get a goodest* Malpractice attorney, and Hope the  doctor is hated by his peers.
