Why do liberals think that kids can die from covid?

Isn't the fact that trump wants to open the schools again, proof that children cannot die from this disease?

trump would not risk the safety of our nations children, which is why that if proof kids cannot die from it.

Kids can die from covid, you are misinformed or just lying.

  • It's proof that Trump is clueless

Children have died from COVID. It's unlikely but it can happen. Of course, shutting down the schools wasn't just about keeping children themselves from catching it, it's also to prevent them from spreading it on to more vulnerable relatives.

I'm more concerned with the fact you seem to think Trump merely saying or doing something is empirical proof. Has the Trump camp become so crazed and cult-like that truth and reality are simply what Trump says and does, whatever he says and does?

Kids have died from it and also they can be carriers of the disease so they can spread it to the older members of their families. Plus there's nothing protecting teachers and school staff from getting it.

If schools are to open then just make sure there are adequate protections in place, staggered classes to reduce sizes, more home studies, that sort of thing.

Kids may rarely have life threatening consequences from the virus (some do though) but the fear is that they will spread the virus to family members.

Some kids do die from Covid-19.

They still catch it and infect their family and teachers.

Trump's truth history says if he supports something, it is a bad thing.

And, he only cares about himself.
