Can anyone with CMG/ CMOST experience help me with this issue?

I am new to using CMG for reservoir simulations and I'm having trouble using CMOST for sensitivity analysis. Is there a way to assign different permeability values for parameters (CMOST) in different grid blocks/ regions/ zones/ layers? When adding parameters in CMOST they only allow for homogenous permeability in x,y, and z-direction.

In my first attempt, I created a region in builder where I can assign different permeabilities depending on the region. When I ran the GEM simulation, it worked. But once I go into CMOST to import my parameters, I was unable to vary the permeability based on the region. Instead it doesn't recognize the variable, creating an error.

If anyone knows the answer to this issue that would be great
