How can I make this ‘Air conditioner’ cooler?

Question

It pulls in warm air from behind runs it through cold water/ice I put up then gives out cold air. It works okay I guess and it’s better than a fan but I was thinking about putting an getting an ice pack behind it, not sure if that’ll work?

It's probably working to its capacity, which does not look great.  It would need a bigger fan to pull more air through faster, and  a larger cooling area.  Just get a bigger  unit.  Or a second one of the same sort.

you have a swamp cooler. For its size its probably doing all it can.  unless your in a really dry climate its not gonna do but so much.

unless it's designed to have water or moisture sucked through it,bad idea.

water and electricity don't go well together and it could make parts of it live.
