What’s healthier? Lemonade or smoothie?

smoothies if you know what's in them, but a lot of smoothies you buy in Starbucks and places like that are filled with sugar so it really depends.

It really all depends on what is in the smoothie. Lemonade has so much sugar that a smoothie is generally healthier, unless something bad is added.

Lemonade is high-sugar and not healthy. BUT a glass of water with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice is good for you and has a tang to it.
As for a smoothie, it depends on what you put into it. Most of them are high-calorie, and fruit tends to be high-sugar, so you should eat veggies more than you eat fruit. Better to drink water, have a bit of yogurt in a bowl, and a piece of fruit.
Some smoothies, in fact, are SO high in calories, that just by themselves they exceed your caloric-intake level for the entire day ... and you should not have any other food or drinks (except plain water) for that day besides the one smoothie.

In order, for most people - Vegetable smoothies, lemonade with sugar or honey, lemonade with zero cal sweeteners, fruit smoothies, milk shakes with heavy cream.
