What natural disasters are this worst?  Earthquakes? Floods? Volcanoes?  Tsunamis?

    It depends on the size of each of those events. Looking back over historical events, Floods have killed more people.

    I would say tornadoes are.  You can build buildings to withstand earthquakes, floods can typically be avoided, tsunamis usually come with a warning as volcanoes typically do too.  Tornadoes though are different.  They do have warnings, but once you hear the sirens sometimes you have maybe seconds to try seeking shelter and even with all of today’s technologies tornadoes can still happen until it’s too late and no warning.  Tornadoes can also reach wind speeds that are more intense than most buildings are capable of withstanding.

    Because when they happen there is not much human can do. We can't stop them so all we can do it save as much people as possible. Technology make it better by giving us warning but some countries don't have those facilities...
