how to remove radiator support 91 chevy camaro?

    Remove radiator.  Remove everything connected or on the support.  Remove support.  You might require a torch.  Good luck.

    You drill out the factory spot welds using the appropriate tool, remove the old support (may take some chisel work), then grind off the residual weld. When that is done, you spot weld or plug weld the new panel in its place.  Sounds simple huh?

    With great difficulty.  I hate working on GM products.  It almost seems like they designed the cars so you have to go back to Mr. Goodwrench for everything.  If I remember correctly the radiator bolted to a mounting flange that bolted to brackets welded to the frame arms.  Considering the confined space it may be easiest to just pull the radiator and mounting flange together instead of trying to remove the radiator by itself.
