Can i be ticketed for having unregistered cars in my driveway?

That depends on where you are.

Depends on where in the world it is.
But most locations require you register vehicles, even if non-operational. Your unregistered (illegal) vehicles would be visible from a public location (the street). So yes, you can be ticketed if an officer sees them.

Maybe yes, maybe no. Do you have a HOA? Are there any local laws about unregistered cars? Like where I live from the DEKALB COUNTY CODE COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATION FAQs.
HOW MANY UNLICENSED VEHICLES CAN I KEEP ON MY PROPERTY?
No person shall park or permit any other person to park any motor vehicle, except a motor vehicle parked in an enclosed building, on any premises in a residential district, if the vehicle:
(1.) Is unregistered; (2.) Has expired registration; or (3.) Does not have a lawful license plate or lawful temporary tag, which plate or tag is currently registered to that vehicle displayed thereon.

As long as they are on and remain on your Private Property, you will be fine.

Not if it never goes on a street or public property.
