If rich parents want to give their inheritance away to charities, why don't they go have relationships with those kids instead of their own?

Could it be that these charities have done far more for them and theirs than the children ever have. Nothing worse than one who thinks only about the money!

So you are saying parents MUST give their money to their kids, not to anyone else.

So if there is a natural disaster (like Beirut or Haiti or anywhere else) rich parents should not give anything to help those people.

    Wow, talk about entitled youth.

You'd have to ask them. Reasons will vary.

What's your KNOWLEDGE seeking question about religion or spirituality?

    Er...

    WHAT kids?

Who in the World are "those kids"?

  • Could they do that, within certain limits? They can't donate their entire inheritance to strangers, without leaving anything to their descendants, it's wrong!

So you think a relationship is an exchange of money?  That's sad.

I really have a hard time caring if someone born into a family that can give them every opportunity in the world also inherits an estate or not. They already have every tool they should need to make their own way in life. Most people don't get to start with that.
