How to have a gay bear physique?

Hi, can you give me the diet and training to have a body like that of a gay bear?

    First of all, you must begin with a generous, natural endowment of body hair.  Ideally, your stomach, chest, and shoulders should be entirely fur-covered.  If you don't have this, then you'll never be "a bear".  You could perhaps be adopted by bears as "an otter", which is a more-sleek fancier of bears.

    Second, bears are typically solidly muscular - meaning they carry their weight well and are often reasonably nimble due to their strength.  To achieve that, you need more than just a lot of carbohydrates.  If you just drink beer all day you'll develop a belly and chubby thighs plus love handles or saddlebags...but your legs, shoulders, and arms will remain like toothpicks.  That's not "bear" material.

    Weight training over several years while enjoying a completely unrestricted diet heavy with carbohydrates and fats, with long, brisk walks followed by a beer or two - that should do the trick.  Calisthenics and cardio are unnecessary.  But it won't be quick.  You have to build the muscle to carry the weight.
