    The numerator of each term is the sum of the cubes and the denominator is the sum of the odds. Explicit formula for each term is then 

    (n^4/4 + n^3/2 + n^2/4) / (n^2) = n^2/4 + n/2 + 1/4 

    And you sum each individual series from n=1 to 16 to get 374 + 68 + 4 = 446
