    Persons opening a restaurant should have FIVE years experience in the hospitality field as an employee.

    Investment Money, with Six months reserves.

    An Ethnic Restaurant, should only be opened by that ethnic (or 15 years experience in it as an employee.)

    Licenses for Health.

    State & Federal Employers Numbers.

    Liability Insurance.

    Tax & Business Attorney(s).

    Payroll & Certified Public Account (aka Chartered Accountant)
